Philippe Lawson was born January 6, 1971, in Lomé (Togo), and has lived in France since the age of 10.

After 5 years of activity in company management (financial analysis, control management, credit management) and information systems consulting (SAP, PeopleSoft), Philippe Lawson is currently focusing his consulting practice on assisting business leaders and managers in their professional capacities. A graduate of the both the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCO-MSG 96) [Superior Business School of Paris] and of the Institute of Political Sciences of Paris (Eco-F197), Philippe Lawson is also certified in Coaching and Team-Building by Vincent Lenhardt (CT÷. Transformance-Paris).

Since January, 2003, Philippe Lawson has been participating in Leading Consultation, an international professional program for consultants and managers administered by Glamorgan University (UK) and the International Forum of Social Innovation (IFSI-FIIS, France), where he is performing research on the topic of "Flexibility and Transformation" in organizational management.

Philippe Lawson is today the founder and business leader of the consulting company Otherness.
